About Us
Established in 1983, Iran Mineral Products is a private joint stock company active in production of oil and gas wells mineral for drilling muds.
our plant is located some 120 km. east of Tehran close to a town name Garmsar.
Based on more than 45 years of experience in production of oil wells muds, we are specifically dedicated to the production of Barite and Bentonite for drilling together with the production if bentonite for foundry sands, and do our best to satisfy the requirements of our customers, complying to the highest standards in this field.

Production of drilling fluid for soil drilling. Production of drilling fluid for oil- and gaswell drilling For optimal efficiency the mixing water of the slurry should have the following properties: Conductivity : ≤ 1000 μS/cm pH : 4.5 – 9
Description
The basis for Bentonite OCMA is an activated sodium bentonite. Bentonite OCMA complies with the OCMA specifications as laid down for oil drilling and is also KIWA certified.

The swelling Index of this Bentonite is at least 30 and its green Tensile Strength is measured to be minimum 18.5 while the green compressive strength is more than 850 and PH stand at min 9-10.
